Here are a few of the amendments in the American Constitution that I'd like to point out.
Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings. Ratified 12/15/1791.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. Ratified 12/15/1791.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868. Note History
1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

In a completely diametric and surrogated aspect, here are some facts regarding the Patriot Act:

Introduced on October 23rd, 2001 and after passing through eight committees, the House of commons, the Senate and then was signed by George W. Bush on October 26th, 2001. Many of the congress hadn't even glanced at the 342-page paper.
Since its origination there have been many secret federal custody camps in which a majority of men from Arab and South Asian countries were being held for up to months at a time without any actual charges being filed against them. The government refused to give information on the individuals or their whereabouts, even after ordered to do so by the courts. The conversations taking place are being monitored, diminishing the rights of attorney-client law-binding relations.
Political and religious organizations/individuals are being secretly observed, non-citizens being convicted on hearsay and only requiring two-thirds of the vote, and American citizens are being held in military custody without being charged, without any contact with legal assistance, for indefinite periods of time. People are losing their freedom.
Here is a video clip from CNN, of all stations, that exposed the North American Union signing, which was passed without approval of the Congress or of the American people. The signing was done by George W. Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and the Mexican President in 2005. The NAU is concerned with National security, which includes Mexico's southern border, and national security is a major factor in the Patriot Act, which was formed after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, which Bush has been strongly accused of having previous knowledge of.

Now I am not an American, I am just a human being that cares about the world I live in. After all I share it with over 6.7 billion other humans. We should all know the truth and have a say in what happens around us.

Interesting stuff, I've followed the 9/11 conspiracies for several years now. I've found a multitude of mediums and outlets that provided adequate information to get anyone thinking and questioning.
